About the role
We are currently supporting a public sector client in hiring an Intermediate Microsoft Dynamics Developer for a 7-month hybrid engagement with a possibility of extension. In this role, you will be responsible for customizing, configuring, and developing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support the client's ongoing digital initiatives. You will work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful solution delivery aligned with public sector requirements and standards.
Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions using C#, JavaScript, Power Platform, and built-in features

Build and maintain plug-ins, custom workflows, Power Automate flows, web resources, and system integrations

Participate in architecture discussions, solution design, and technical documentation

Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, QA teams, and client stakeholders
-
Troubleshoot and optimize Dynamics customizations and integrations
-
Support data migration, system upgrades, and solution deployments
-
Ensure solutions comply with performance, security, and scalability standards, including public sector governance requirements

Stay current with Dynamics 365 features and public sector best practices

3–5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM, F&O, or BC)

Strong knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and Power Platform

Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse

Familiarity with Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus)

Solid understanding of the Dynamics 365 data model, security roles, workflows, and customization frameworks

Experience working with integration tools and protocols (REST/SOAP APIs, OData, SSIS, KingswaySoft)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Nice to Have
- Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-400, MB-200, MB-600)
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Knowledge of Dynamics Finance & Operations or Business Central
- Previous experience working with public sector clients
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
