Full-time position, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on-site;
Annual salary between $75,000 and $85,000.
YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT IT…
- Develop marketing strategies;
- Create, develop, and support content for our social media platforms;
- Provide support for the company website;
- Identify opportunities for Origine Nature to stand out within the industry;
- Ensure marketing activities comply with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Create and approve final product packaging and labeling;
- Conduct market research to properly position products within their respective jurisdictions;
- Work closely with operations to gain a clear understanding of marketing needs;
- Participate in product distribution planning;
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and industry changes;
- Prepare and submit quarterly reports on marketing strategies;
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across various departments;
- Comply with Health Canada guidelines, internal policies and procedures, as well as occupational health and safety regulations;
- Participate in any other marketing- and sales-related projects as required.
WHAT MAKES YOU OUR CHAMPION…
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing;
- Knowledge of Health Canada regulations and cannabis promotion laws or other regulated industries (an asset);
- Bilingual (French and English);
- Comfortable working with MS Office tools and AI;
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and writing skills.

Working closely with the CEO, the Marketing Specialist brings Origine Nature to life. They design and deploy smart strategies, manage our social media platforms and website, oversee brand visibility, and turn ideas into high-performing campaigns that support our growth.
ABOUT ORIGINE NATURE
Rooted in an ancestral agricultural process, Origine Nature is fully dedicated to the cultivation, production, and distribution of cannabis plants grown in Québec. Our company promotes traditional cultivation methods, supported by state-of-the-art facilities to ensure superior yields and superior quality. Established in May 2017, our production facility is located in the Laurentians, in the city of Sainte‑Agathe‑des‑Monts, and employs over 100 employees.

Activities and production methods are approved by Health Canada. Origine Nature promotes local and traditional farming methods that are supported by state-of-the-art facilities to ensure optimized performance and superior quality.
Origine Nature’s products are grown in Quebec by fellow Quebecers. By using non-chemical products, Origine Nature intends to produce superior quality cannabis. Origine Nature returns to its roots by adopting production methods that honour the plant and its origins, with the greatest respect for the environment.
