- Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires ou avoir réussi un test d’évaluation en éducation générale (GED)
- De préférence un grade d’associé
- Expérience en tant qu’utilisateur de SAP, de préférence
- Compétences intermédiaires en MS Excel requises
- Excellentes compétences de communication et relations interpersonnelles requises
- Concentration sur le service à la clientèle et capacité à diriger pour travailler efficacement dans une équipe en constante évolution
- Capacité à traiter un volume élevé de travail avec divers niveaux de priorité
