We are currently recruiting a Client Services Administrator, Trustee Services, to join our Commercial Deposits team. This is a full-time in-office role at our Saskatoon office, located at Innovation Saskatchewan R+T Park Saskatoon on the University of Saskatchewan campus.

This position offers a dynamic and multifaceted opportunity within the Bank’s Deposits team. The successful candidate will play a key role in daily operations and ensuring the effective delivery of deposit products and services. In addition, the role provides dedicated relationship management support for our Trustee Integrated Banking (TIB) portfolio.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager, TIB Services, as part of a dedicated support team. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client service, along with flexibility and initiative to take on new responsibilities and respond to evolving challenges.

Knowledge/Qualifications:

  • 3 years or more of relevant experience in the banking/financial services industry. Prior experience in the brokerage or insolvency industry is an asset.
  • A business degree or post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulatory compliance, AML/ATF requirements, day-to-day banking activities, wire payment processing and deposit/cash management products and services.
  • Ability to build relationships and interact with a diverse range of commercial clients.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and thrive in a client focused team environment.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks under competing deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Superior knowledge of Microsoft Office. Power BI is an asset.
