Who you are
- Deep experience with modern frontend technologies like React (or similar frameworks like Vue or Svelte), TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3 (including preprocessors like Sass or styled-components), and modern build tools like Vite or Webpack
- Strong understanding of state management (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Jotai) and modern frontend architecture patterns
- Experience with design systems, component libraries, and UI/UX collaboration workflows using tools like Figma
- Solid understanding of web performance, accessibility (a11y), and responsive design
- Experience with frontend testing tools (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress) and version control (Git)
- Familiarity with frontend deployment strategies and CI/CD pipelines
- Proven track record of shipping user-facing products in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Experience working on AI-driven or data-heavy applications
- Knowledge of backend integration best practices (e.g., GraphQL, REST APIs)
- Familiarity with SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js), server components, or edge rendering
- Experience with cloud platforms like Vercel, Netlify, or AWS Amplify

- Design and implement high-performance, accessible, and elegant user interfaces for EvenUp’s AI-driven platform
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to bring new features to life with exceptional quality and responsiveness
- Contribute to frontend architecture for major product surfaces, ensuring maintainability, performance, and scalability
- Develop and maintain design system components and shared libraries to streamline frontend development across teams
- Optimize web applications for speed, accessibility, SEO, and responsiveness across devices and browsers
- Contribute to engineering culture by mentoring peers and promoting best practices in frontend development
- Play a key role in complex engineering projects from ideation to deployment in a fast-paced, startup environment
