Channel Business Development Manager
About the role
Are you interested in establishing effective partnerships and facilitating progress through strategic channel efforts? Jabra, part of GN, is looking for a Channel Business Development Manager to support our Channel Account Managers and Directors in enhancing relationships with key strategic partners and aligning with both GN’s and partners’ business objectives.
In this position, you will be pivotal in executing strategic efforts, enabling partner sales teams, and boosting the adoption of Jabra’s acclaimed audio and video solutions.
How You'll Contribute
- Support Channel Account Managers/Directors with specific strategic partners.
- Align with both GN’s and partners’ business objectives and goals. Help develop and execute strategic initiatives focused on channel partners.
- Support the Channel Market Share Task Force Lead with tactical and strategic activities.
- Establish meaningful connections with partner sales and vendor management groups.
- Collaborate with Jabra’s video and product teams to deliver impactful partner training.
- Ensure video solutions are included in all partner engagement sessions.
- Organize and attend partner focus days, sales kick-offs, and other partner events.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews alongside CAMs/CADs and Channel Sales Directors.
- Support partners in building and growing their Jabra pipeline while engaging enterprise sales. Deliver on revenue targets and MBOs.
- Work with the broader channel sales community to increase audio and video attachment rates.

- Extensive experience in channel sales, business development, or a related field.
- Thorough understanding of channel sales strategies and partner management.
- Effective communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
- Highly proficient organizational and time management skills.
- History of consistently meeting revenue objectives and performance expectations.
