What You’ll Do:

Architect, build, and iterate on modules within our platform that enable construction companies to integrate data, track processes, and drive productivity. Rapidly translate client requests and bug reports into elegant technical designs and deliver high-quality fixes and enhancements on tight timelines. Own, deploy, and maintain a suite of microservices (containerised, cloud-native) powering key workflows for our clients (e.g., data pipelines, notifications, dashboards). Ensure high quality, reliability, and performance — write clean, testable code, monitor for issues proactively, optimise for scale and responsiveness. Work collaboratively in sprint planning with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers — refine the roadmap, scope new features, deliver on-time, and iterate fast.

What You’ll Build / Where You’ll Work:

Web and mobile applications on top of our Django-based API backend. React (TypeScript) front-end components (and React Native for mobile) delivering seamless user experiences to enterprise construction users. Backend microservices deployed on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS) using Docker for containerisation. Data-driven dashboards, real-time notification pipelines, integrations into construction workflows and systems. Mission-critical modules that our clients rely on for operational visibility, workflow automation and process control in construction environments.

Tech Stack You’ll Use (and excel with):

Cloud: AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.) Database: PostgreSQL Frontend: React.js & React Native (TypeScript) Backend: Django & Python Containerisation & DevOps: Docker, microservices architecture You’re comfortable shipping end-to-end features, owning code from idea to production, and moving fast without sacrificing maintainability.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years (or more) of professional experience building full-stack web/mobile applications in a React + backend stack. Proven ability to deliver complex features quickly and reliably — you’ve shipped product under tight deadlines and embraced iteration. Strong backend experience (Python/Django) including designing APIs, handling data modelling, performance concerns, integrations. Solid frontend chops (React/TypeScript or React Native) — you care about UI/UX, usability, and seamless user flows. Comfortable with AWS and containerised microservices architecture — you understand deployment, scaling, monitoring, and cloud operations. Excellent problem-solver who doesn’t back away from ambiguity — you’ll work in a fast-moving environment, and you drive things to production. Strong communicator who works well with cross-functional teams (product, design, client stakeholders) and can translate business needs into technical solutions. Bonus: Experience in construction, manufacturing, ERP systems or complex business workflows is a plus (but not required).
