Your Future Role
Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the field crop market segment, from planning through to achieving sales objectives Define and deploy the segment's marketing strategy Build and maintain strong business relationships with our key partners Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing sales team, with a focus on talent development Drive the commercialization of our innovative technologies in collaboration with product teams Identify and seize new growth opportunities across North America Regular travel throughout North America – field visits, trade shows, and agricultural fairs
Required Skills
A combination of education and significant experience in commercial strategy, ideally in the field crop agriculture market or a related field Strong business acumen, results-oriented with the ability to develop and close strategic deals Strong commercial leadership, skilled at mobilizing a sales team and translating complex strategies into clear direction
