About The RoleWe are seeking applications from qualified individuals for the position of Delivery Driver and Warehouse Associate at our Regina location to assist in the warehouse when deliveries are completed. This is a full-time position. You will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service as orders are safely delivered to various locations throughout a designated area. This position will also complete warehouse-related tasks and assist with product installation and assembly.

Main Responsibilities· Deliver office furniture to various locations within a designated area.· Ability to drive a 3-ton delivery truck.· Occasionally assist with the installation of office furniture products.· Unload containers delivered to the warehouse by use of pallet jacks, dollies, etc. and put away product on shelving in a timely manner· Assist with loading onto delivery trucks; ensure the accuracy of the picked products· Prepare pallets for outbound shipments, including the wrapping of products and paperwork· Assist with the pickup of merchandise by customers at the loading dock and safely place purchased items into the customer vehicle once the paperwork has been reviewed and completed· Assembling chairs prior to delivery when required· Any other warehouse-related tasks as they are assigned
Qualifications· 2 years experience driving a delivery truck (3-ton) in traffic and on busy streets.· Warehouse operations and Forklift experience is an asset.· Valid Driver’s License with a clean Driver’s Abstract; you must be qualified to obtain commercial insurance coverage with the company· Strong customer service orientation - presents self professionally in conduct and appearance always.· Displays effective communication skills.· Good aptitude in handling power hand tools; has the ability to consistently carry 75 lbs unassisted and willing to do stair carries.· Legally authorized to work in Canada
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 – 4:30. Occasional overtime may be required.
