About the role

What is it?

Financial Service Manager provides expertise on vehicle financing and insurance protection to customers, both new and returning. Providing them with a thorough explanation of both brand sponsored and aftermarket products, extended warranties, and a complete explanation of manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies. They are also leaders in the Sales team, responsible for training and providing information on programs and the benefits of the financing and extended service programs.

What can I expect?

Financial Service Managers joining our team are fully trained on all of the processes and software they will be using. Beginning gaining an understanding of each department in the dealership, and how they are integrated to enrich the customer relationship. Financial Services Managers also gain extensive product knowledge, initially and throughout their tenure, ensuring they are product experts. Our teams work together and learn from the best. Process guidelines and expert coaching provide comprehensive management training.

Teams work 5 shifts a week from Monday to Saturday, and there will be a requirement to cover a late shift weekly.

We provide training and development opportunities, assisting team members to build enriching careers. Many of our dedicated employees are promoted internally to the next level of hierarchy.

What do I need?

Post Secondary Education is required and candidates must have finance and customer service experience.

OMVIC Registration is required

Characteristic that will make you successful in this position are:

  • Having an Interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills

  • Must have Excellent computer skills

  • Excellent customer service skills including listening and the ability to impact and influence others.

  • Ability to manage customer complaints and to solve difficult problems.
