Leasing Coordinator, Commercial (Vancouver)

You will
- Collaborate with and take direction from contract managers and leasing managers as required
- Summarize and maintain business and financial terms from lease agreements to relevant teams within Anthem via completion of abstracts (essentially data entry of lease particulars)
- Assist the finance team with drafting and obtaining estoppels from tenants in order to meet financing requirements
- On-board newly acquired Income Producing Properties, by completing lease reviews and summarizing critical lease clauses
- Organize the electronic tenant files as needed
- Conduct and review various due diligence searches surrounding financial backgrounds of tenants, as well as BC online searches and land title searches
- Oversee payment of broker commission invoices
- Draft and finalize short-term leases, license agreements and ancillary documents (such as lease extensions, assignments and early termination agreements)
You have
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience reviewing and working with leases (including ancillary documents) and document management
- Experience with lease abstracting required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced level MS Office
- A strong work ethic and drive to complete tasks quickly and correctly
- The desire to work in a team-focused, collaborative environment
Salary range: $55k - $65k, depending on experience
