We’re looking for a proactive and motivated IT Support Technician to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you’ll be providing technical support to Triton staff across multiple offices throughout Western Canada. It’s a great opportunity to grow your IT career while contributing to a mission-driven, professional, and supportive team.
Your Impact
You’ll work closely with the IT Manager, to help support Windows systems, printers, copiers, mobile devices, and cloud services. This role includes Tier 1/2 IT support, account administration, asset inventory management, and user onboarding/offboarding.
The position requires excellent communication, strong time management, organizational, technical, and analytical abilities. The Technician must regularly prioritize multiple tasks to meet deadlines. Overtime may be required occasionally, particularly during emergencies (e.g., system outages) or to complete time-sensitive tasks.
Primary Responsibilities

Process and resolve IT support tickets; clearly communicate status, roadblocks, and solutions to the team

Administer and maintain IT user accounts and systems

Create and maintain IT documentation

Assists with new IT initiatives and projects

Occasional travel between offices may be required

Other related duties

Your Skills & Experience
-
Post-secondary education in a computer related field or equivalent experience
-
Experience maintaining and providing hardware/software support for computers, printers, and networks
-
Working support knowledge in Windows 11

Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (MS365) applications

Strong service-oriented attitude
-
Excellent oral and written communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and workload
-
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive files and materials
-
Physically able to lift 50 lb., twist, bend, and work in awkward positions

Your Compensation
Salary: $62,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
