What You Bring

5+ years of automotive experience and strong technical knowledge of vehicle maintenance
-
High school diploma (college or technical training is a plus)
-
Professional appearance, positive attitude, and a guest-first mindset
-
Strong computer skills — Tekion experience is an asset
-
Solid typing skills (you’ll be on a keyboard often)

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to stay organized and keep your workspace tidy

Confidence in handling dissatisfied guests and turning situations around

A valid in-province driver’s license
What You’ll Do

Be the first point of contact for guests visiting our quick/express lane
-
Prepare in advance by gathering guest and vehicle information to streamline their visit
-
Greet guests with energy, professionalism, and genuine care
-
Accurately document vehicle needs and ensure all details are crystal clear on repair orders
-
Inspect vehicles for damage and recommend maintenance or repairs with transparency — explaining the what, why, and cost in a way guests understand

Educate guests on the benefits of regular maintenance and help maintain their vehicle’s warranty records

Provide precise and accurate cost estimates for labor and parts
-
Review and authorize Multi-Point Inspections (MPI), ensuring everything is completed on time
-
Keep guests informed every step of the way — from initial estimate to final pick-up

Ensure all paperwork is complete, correct, and guest-approved

Make sure the next service visit is booked and the guest leaves with peace of mind
