Job Summary
Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, the Recruiter will partner closely with Operations to manage full-cycle recruitment across Ontario. Based out of Head Office in Oakville, this role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and supporting onboarding.
The Recruiter will act as a key business partner to hiring managers, maintain recruitment data, support retention follow-ups, and contribute to recruitment branding initiatives, career fairs, and social media campaigns. Occasional travel to branches within Ontario is required.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organized recruitment professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering a strong candidate experience.
Position Description
- Act as a trusted business partner to hiring managers, supporting all hiring and onboarding needs
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including drafting job descriptions, posting roles, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating pre-employment requirements
- Serve as the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience throughout the hiring process
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines to ensure a consistent flow of qualified candidates
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and collaborate with the Human Resources team to analyze recruitment and retention trends
- Support recruitment branding through, career fairs, industry events, social media campaigns, and school forums
- Visit branches across Ontario to support hiring needs and conduct retention audits to identify gaps and opportunities
Skills & Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2–3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience recruiting in transportation, logistics, trades, or agency environments is an asset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers
- Proficient with ATS systems, MS Office, and recruitment tools such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and social media
- Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%) and work outside regular business hours when needed

Salary: $60,000-$65,000
