SALES ADMINISTRATOR
Describe how you organize your work and prioritize tasks when multiple requests require your attention at the same time
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
-
Responsible for dealing with licensing all new, pre-owned, buy-in, and auction vehicles. Ensuring accuracy for all licensing and ownerships moving in and out of inventory.

Entering vehicles into the garage register and keeping it up to date and accurate for auditing purposes
-
Stocking in all trade-in/buy-in units in a timely and efficient manner.
-
Working alongside the Finance & Insurance Office to ensure vehicles get licensed to the appropriate person.
-
Answering phones and directing calls to the correct department/individual.
-
Directing in-store clients to the correct department or individual.
-
Responsible for dealership demos and D Plates- registration, insurance and updates.
-
Assisting sales managers with new and pre-owned deal recaps.
-
Entering recapped deal grosses and trades accurately into ORBIT.
-
Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately report any accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
-
Assisting with postage and Purloator for the sales department.
-
Tasks assigned by the sales manager team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Good interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with others and to assimilate and understand information while maintaining a great deal of professionalism.

The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.

Computer skills (internet & MS Office), with the ability to maintain records using a computerized system.

Ability to make sound decisions in a manner consistent with the essential job functions.
