We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Marketing Data Analyst to join our Growth and Demand Generation team. As a Senior Marketing Data Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in owning marketing performance data, transforming it into insights, and proactively flagging opportunities or risks. You will partner closely with campaign leads, digital teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to drive data-informed decisions that enhance the customer journey and maximize marketing ROI. The ideal candidate is both detail-oriented and strategic, with a proven track record of transforming raw data into actionable recommendations that drive growth.

What you’ll work on:

Data Collection & Management

  • Collect, organize, and maintain marketing performance data from multiple sources (campaign platforms, digital channels, internal systems).
  • Ensure data integrity by conducting quality checks, troubleshooting discrepancies, and maintaining consistent measurement frameworks.
  • Identify gaps in current measurement approaches and recommend improvements for accuracy and completeness.

Reporting & Dashboards

  • Build and manage reporting dashboards, scorecards, and Excel trackers to provide clear visibility into performance metrics.
  • Track and monitor the progress of departmental marketing projects, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are accurately documented and reported to stakeholders for visibility and alignment.
  • Develop and maintain a regular reporting cadence (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to track progress and trends with accuracy and consistency.
  • In charge of creation of real-time dashboards that allow proactive monitoring of performance.

Marketing Performance Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, channel ROI, and audience engagement trends.
  • Monitor live campaign data to identify early warning signs of underperformance and flag them to the team.
  • Contribute to forecasting and KPI modeling based on historical data and market projections.

Attribution & Budgeting

  • Assistin developing and refining attribution models to accurately measure the impact of marketing activities across various channels.
  • Support budget tracking and spend efficiency analysis across paid campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

Insights & Communication

  • Translate complex data findings into clear, digestible summaries and presentations for peers, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Present insights and strategic recommendations to stakeholders at all levels, driving actionable outcomes.
  • Lead or participate in meetings to discuss marketing performance, highlight risks/opportunities, and inform decision-making.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, IT, and external partners to streamline data flows and improve reporting processes.
  • Stay current on emerging tools, methodologies, and best practices in marketing analytics, including automation and AI-driven insights, to enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing performance analysis, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data modeling).
  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, campaign dashboards, CRM systems, ad platforms).
  • Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistency in reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain complex data clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience building automated reports and dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver under tight deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social, email, display, SEO) and their performance metrics.
  • Growth mindset with curiosity to test, learn, and continuously improve reporting and analytics processes.
