Job Description Estate Litigation Associate Our client is a boutique firm of ten lawyers practicing in all aspects of wills and estates law. They handle everything from simple wills to complex estate planning for high net-worth individuals. Their litigators appear at all levels of court in Alberta, Ontario, and Manitoba, and effectively use mediation to resolve disputes. They are looking to add another litigator to their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate needs neither a client list nor estate litigation experience but will have three to five years of experience in civil litigation. Their new lawyer will have an interest in learning all areas of estates law and developing expertise and a practice in a boutique setting.
