Systems Specialist, Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Exchange

The Systems Specialist is a collaborative and key member of the team who will deliver expert-level support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and virtual desktop environments. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of driving innovation to enhance user experience and optimize efficiency in dynamic environments.

Administer and optimize Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 and related collaboration tools

Manage and enhance endpoint management platforms including Microsoft Intune and SCCM
-
Deploy and maintain Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) infrastructure for scalable remote access
-
Build and maintain secure, standardized OS images and software packages
-
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to enforce endpoint protection and compliance policies
-
Lead or contribute to IT projects such as hardware refreshes, OS upgrades, and application rollouts
-
Document technical procedures and contribute to internal knowledge bases
-
Mentor junior IT staff and provide Tier 3 escalation support
-
Partner with business units to deliver timely, process-driven tech solutions aligned with ITIL standards

Stay current with EUC trends and recommend suggestions for improvements

Education Required: A university degree, college diploma or a related discipline
-
3-8 years of experience in IT Environments (Systems)

Knowledge/Experience in: Active Directory (AD), Microsoft Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), and SCCM
-
Knowledge/Experience in Cloud Platforms such as Azure

Effective customer service and communication skills
-
Strong attention to detail while being able to pivot to changing priorities

Work well in a collaborative environment
