Customer‑focused problem solver with 6+ months of retail customer service experience (returns or cashier experience an asset)

Skilled in applying Returns & Exchange policies with sound judgment, including exception handling

Strong communication and conflict‑resolution skills, able to explain policies clearly and professionally

Detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and effective in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment
-
Accurately interpret and apply Returns & Exchange policies, using discretion while aligning with business guidelines
-
Resolve customer inquiries and concerns through active listening, clear communication, and problem‑solving
-
Communicate decisions confidently and empathetically to ensure a positive customer experience
-
Process transactions accurately while maintaining inventory control and compliance
-
Stay informed on policy updates, product knowledge, and service performance targets
-
Collaborate with team members to support overall customer relations operations
