Overview: Reporting to the Sr. Line Builder, the Coordinator is responsible for all and any data entry support on the team & Global Cap and Line management support to Director. Key Responsibilities: · Key support on clerical tasks to the associate line builders · Administrative Data Entry and templates support to associates Line Builders · Sample management for Line builders · Candy Shop & AGI show room sample management · Global cap tracker ownership and maintenance · Seasonal Line plan maintenance · Support with Filtering activities · Lead Consensus alignment across AGI and NA and PD · PPR administrative work support to Sr. Line Builder and Director / Managing all Hero Flagging · VM Pictures and post filtering activities · Support preparation and be available for GTM calendar timelines/deadlines · Line sheet corrections and feature identification · Support with presentation show room preparations Key Requirements:
College degree or Bachelor’s degree in a related program 1-2 year working experience. Retail background an asset Strong analytical skills Excellent communication skills Great attitude and a strong team player Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel)
