About the role

About The Role Join KPCA as a Data Analyst and play a pivotal role in transforming data into actionable insights within the dynamic Gambling & Casinos industry. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of data and entertainment, helping drive strategic decisions that enhance player experience and business performance.

As a key member of our analytics team, you will analyze complex datasets, identify trends, and deliver clear, data-driven recommendations that support operational excellence and innovation.

Key Objectives

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data related to player behavior, game performance, and market trends.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting to support business strategies and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights effectively to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify patterns and forecast outcomes.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Work closely with product managers, marketing, and operations teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve player engagement and revenue.
  • Support compliance efforts by generating reports required by regulatory bodies.
  • Continuously recommend improvements to data collection processes and analytical methods.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within the Gambling, Casinos, or related entertainment sectors.
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with statistical software (e.g., R, Python) for data analysis and modeling.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present data effectively to diverse audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with gambling or casino-specific data platforms and regulatory environments.
  • Knowledge of machine learning techniques and advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
