About the role
Join our team as aLogistics****Administratorat our office and facility located at Annacis Island, in Delta, BC.
Contribute to Urban Barn's commitment to exceptional customer service. As an Order/Logistics Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting and following up on customer orders to ensure their accuracy and ensuring the flow of product from the warehouse to our customers is seamless.
Our Logistics team worksin-office, from Monday to Friday, from 7:30am – 4:00pm****(availability on Saturday is considered an asset). We are looking for candidates who are available to work full-time (40 hours per week).
What You Will Do:
- Complete customer order administration and organize shipping logistics
- Review and troubleshoot orders for accuracy
- Collaborate to resolve order issues, and provide status updates
- Communicate with 3PL partners to manage order shipment and delivery
- Manage and support E-Commerce orders and shipping logistics
- Assist with warehouse inventory management
What You Bring:
-Excellent verbal and written communicationskills; customer service skills considered an asset
- Experience in customer orders and support roles preferred
- Experience in an office environment preferred
- Highattention to detailand exceptionalcritical thinkingskills
- Intermediate MSOutlook and Excel; workingknowledge of SAPconsidered an asset -Multitaskingand time management skills -Positive attitudeand ability tomultitask
- Ability to work at a desk and on a computer for 95% of the day
