In data enablement at PwC, you will focus on innovating and delivering digital services for a given enterprise resource planning (ERP) or area of the business. You will have specialised knowledge of your given ERP or business area, coupled with broader skills in data extraction, acquisition, manipulation, visualisation and modelling, as well as IT controls, to support delivering services to clients (internal or external). Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow. This newly created role reflects our commitment to growth and delivering distinctive value for our clients and stakeholders. The salary range for this position is $84,700 - $134,700. The posted salary range represents the expected hiring range for PwC locations in major city centres. Given our national recruiting approach, ranges may vary for positions in other locations. At PwC Canada, base salary is determined by your skills, experience, qualifications and work location. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs which are designed to reward individual and firm-wide achievements. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and adhere to all relevant pay transparency legislation.
