About the role
Are you an experienced Supervisor with a background in residential or commercial restoration or renovation projects? Ledcor Construction is seeking a motivated, safety-focused professional to join our Building Services team in Vancouver. This position will initially be assigned to a night shift for approximately two months on a project in Vancouver. Once the project is completed, the role will transition to a day shift assignment within the same team. Essential Responsibilities Supervise and provide quality control for labour and detailing activities Lead, train, and mentor Detailing Specialists Manage daily workforce allocation, performance, and productivity Perform hands-on labour duties as required Promote and maintain a safe, healthy work environment for crew members, clients, and the public Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures Qualifications 3+ years of experience in residential or commercial restoration/renovation construction Strong leadership and customer service skills Ability to manage time, priorities, and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving and technical aptitude Successful completion of pre-employment drug & alcohol screening required Demonstrated commitment to safety and teamwork Valid or willingness to obtain: Intermediate First Aid, Transportation Endorsement, WHMIS, and Fall Protection certification Working Conditions Physical work environment requiring standing, bending, lifting (up to 25 lbs), and working in confined spaces and varying weather conditions (rain, snow, heat, etc.) Night shift for approximately 2 months, transitioning to day shift upon project completion Compensation $24.94 - $32.47 per hour This is the applicable wage range for this position. Individuals will be assigned a base wage within this range based on trade certification and/or apprenticeship level, industry experience, and work location. Remote, site-based positions may be eligible for additional incentives including but not limited to travel and accommodation allowances.
