Calling all recent post-secondary graduates!
Stacey Danley at Aplin has partnered with our client, a research facility on the south side of Winnipeg, on the search for a Document Control Coordinator. This 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension, is an ideal opportunity for a recent graduate to gain work experience in a science-related field.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and review documentation errors or discrepancies
- Classify, file, and store records
- Reconcile and archive records, ensuring data integrity
- Support the quality team with other clerical duties as needed
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum Grade 12 education
- Post-secondary education in a scientific field is an asset
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- An ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment
Please note this is a full-time in-office role. Candidates must be available for work Monday-Friday, 8:30 am-4:30 pm. The contract will begin early May 2026, and training will be provided.
