REVENUE OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
Nomad is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled Revenue Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on execution—building reports, optimizing lead flows, and maintaining clean CRM systems—while being eager to grow into a more strategic role over time.
You’ll work closely with our Marketing and Sales teams to ensure data accuracy, campaign performance tracking, and smooth platform integrations—especially within Hubspot and/or salesforce.
This role is essential to helping us scale operationally, and you’ll be supported with mentorship, exposure to strategic discussions, and the opportunity to take on more complex projects as your confidence grows.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
CRM Support & Maintenance
- Own the day-to-day execution and management of Hubspot and/or salesforce
(data entry workflows, field updates, user support, etc.). - Maintain data cleanliness and integrity by deduplicating records and optimizing lead/account structure.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards to support marketing and sales KPIs.
Campaign Support
- Set up and monitor campaign tracking and attribution in Hubspot and/or salesforce.
- Support the integration and execution of tools like GoHighLevel, and Cognism.
- Ensure lead routing and scoring rules are implemented properly based on Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), MQL, and SQL definitions.
Data Management
- Assist in pulling data across multiple platforms for analysis (e.g., Hubspot and/or salesforce, spreadsheets, lead-gen platforms).
- Help with list segmentation, database hygiene, and tagging to support outbound and inbound marketing efforts.
Process Documentation & Execution
- Document SOPs for recurring RevOps tasks (lead assignment, campaign tracking, etc.).
- Support campaign execution workflows in Asana.
Platform Integrations

Execute technical setup and syncs between platforms (e.g.,
Hubspot and/or salesforce <> GoHighLevel). -
Troubleshoot issues related to integrations, data sync errors, or automation failures.
QUALIFICATIONS:

2–4 years of experience in a Revenue Operations, Hubspot and/or salesforce, Admin, Marketing Ops, or CRM-focused role

Hands-on experience working with Hubspot and/or salesforce (Admin or power-user level)

Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills; bonus for SQL or data visualization tools

Familiarity with B2B marketing and sales funnels

Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation

Communication skills and comfortable presenting.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with tools like GoHighLevel, CloudTalk, Cognism, or HubSpot is a plus
