As a Retail Sales Representative in partnership with Galderma, you will be responsible for promoting the Cetaphil skincare portfolio to store managers and pharmacists to drive brand awareness and increase sales in your territory.

To achieve success in this role, you will

Drive sales through every store visit by actively selling orders and securing displays with store managers (85%) and pharmacists (15%), ensuring consistent progress toward sales targets and quotas. Consistently meet and exceed all sales objectives, with a strong focus on delivering measurable results in orders, displays, and POS growth. Build strong, results-focused relationships that allow you to confidently ask for incremental orders, gain additional display space, and influence in-store decisions that grow POS. Leverage promotional materials during every interaction to support your selling story, increase product awareness, and convert opportunities into orders and displays. Own your territory with a sales mindset, ensuring the right reach and frequency to consistently hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Execute with purpose in every call, prioritizing activities that directly impact sales—orders, displays, and in-store visibility. Track and report performance through weekly and monthly administrative updates, with a clear focus on progress against targets and quotas. Represent the brand at promotional events (e.g., CHE and/or HCP conferences) to generate awareness and support sales growth within your territory. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including pharmacovigilance and adverse event reporting requirements. Success in this role is defined by your ability to sell—turning every interaction into orders, displays, and measurable progress toward your targets.

Strong interest in pursuing a career as a retail and pharmacy sales representative. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail, excellent organizational and territory management skills are essential. Excellent presentation skills and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate will demonstrate drive, competitive spirit and a track record of achievement while being a team player. Valid driver's license and access to vehicle for territory coverage. Computer software literacy and access to email/internet and Microsoft Office. Candidates with previous sales experience in retail is not required but would be an asset. Completed University degree qualification may be waived for those with relevant experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Competitive Compensation - $55,000 base salary + bonus, car allowance, health benefit allowance, 3 weeks vacation, and more!
