Job Summary
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs. You are expected to document requirements, define scope and objectives of various initiatives. You will lead project discovery focusing on Inovatec's standard product set up and be accountable to cross link requirements with testing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the discovery phase of projects to document clients'business requirementsandproject scope,using the Business Requirements Document (BRD).Responsiblefor obtainingclient signoff on BRD.
- Documenta set of conditionsand outcomesthat must bemetbeforeprojectwillbe consideredcompleted by preparingthe Acceptance Criteria (AC).The BSA isresponsibleto obtain client signoff on AC.
- Responsibleforowning, managing, and ensuring responsible work items flow through established processin Jira.
- Accountablefor achieving velocity and quality metrics related toBRD project stage, as set by Manager, BSA& CSD.
- Define and document end-to-end user acceptance testing (UAT) strategy and ensure our deliverables successfully pass this testing prior to engaging clients inbusiness UAT.
- Lead client onboarding by providingclient trainingsessions,andfacilitate business UATby end users. Represent the first point of contact for addressing client questions and concerns during UAT and client onboarding phase of the project.Fromtime-to-timeon-sitevisits to clients will be arranged in consultations with Manager, BSA& CSD.
- Contribute to the expansion ofInovatec'sbusiness and revenue bysharing the learnings and insights with Leadership and proposing solutions that will contribute to business growth.
- ProvideProject Managers with regular andtimelyupdates on project progress, dependencies, and risks related toBSAtasks.Promptlyand clearlyescalatewhenscope or timelines are at risk due to internal or client-related impacts.
- Participate in weekly L10 meetings and other internal activities as defined from time to time.
Here's what you bring
- 3+ years of SAAS implementation experience, preferably FinTech
- University diploma, certificate,degreeor equivalent work experience
- Self-starter, achievement-oriented,motivatedand proven problem solving
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of the financial industry or accounting principles is considered an asset
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including excellent communication skills and subject matter knowledge
