The Winery
What first started as a working barn and equipment storage unit hidden between the rows of Jagged Rock vineyard was later reimagined in a colourful way by world renowned architect, Tom Kundig, to create a commune of creativity for those who wish to sip inspiration. Red Barn, striking and stark, paves a pathway for those to wish to explore the uncharted and unknown with a crafted collection of rebellious, unoaked wines designed to disrupt the norm. Harnessing the greatness of South Okanagan terrain.
The Guest Experience Manager is responsible for providing vision and leadership that fosters efficient, quality, and superior luxury service visits. You will lead, develop, and execute exceptional winery service. You will be responsible for owning sales plans and elevate the overall winery experience by creating a climate of unsurpassed guest experiences that strengthen our brand and build lasting relationships .
What you'll do:
- Develop, implement, and execute luxury experiences that surprise and delight our guests
- Contribute to topline results consistent with team goals and objectives
- Manage inventory control and depletion of wine, packaging materials, collateral, etc.
- Own revenue drivers through all DTC channels including onsite visitation, offsite events, outreach, and club
- Recruit, train, and develop team members to deliver memorable moments
- Monitor, evaluate, and audit overall quality of service
- Analyze customer feedback and provide strategic direction to improve ratings
What you have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Hospitality, or related
- 5+ years experience in customer service, sales, or similar
- Track record of proven results in sales and customer service
- Excellent communication both written and oral
- Collaborator, creative storyteller and problem-solver with an entrepreneurial spirit and innovative drive to achieve great results

The typical hiring range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually complemented by a bonus plan; the base pay is determined by market location and job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and education.
