We are looking for an Associate to join our Corporate Finance practice—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Your role:
- Coordinate and execute financial due diligence for transactions
- Deliver buy-side and sell-side advisory services
- Collaborate with Baker Tilly’s full-service diligence team and engage with multiple stakeholders
- Analyze information memoranda, business plans, and public data to assess target businesses
- Prepare quality of earnings reports and highlight key issues, risks, and valuation impacts
- Identify integration considerations and price-sensitive factors for clients
What you bring to the table:
- 2+ years of professional services work experience required.
- Completed undergraduate degree with outstanding academic credentials. CPA, CBV, or CFA designation or in progress is considered an asset.
- Enjoys problem-solving through numbers and analysis and building relationships with team and client.
- A strong commitment to teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work.
- Strong problem solving, analytical, and communication skills with excellent attention to detail and can be adaptive to unstructured projects and timelines.
