Manager, People & Culture – Strategic Projects & Global Policy
The Manager, P&C Strategic Projects & Global P&C Policy is a high-impact role at the intersection of governance, transformation, and strategic execution. You will:

- Lead Global Compliance & Policy Governance – Oversee and enhance our ethics and compliance platform, ensuring policies are up-to-date, accessible, and aligned with evolving regulations and organizational standards.

- Support P&C Technology Transformation – Partner with the P&C Leadership Team Stakeholders and Technology team on the delivery of key People & Culture system enhancements and integrations. This role will focus on the coordination of all P&C stakeholders and SMEs to develop clear accountability and project management organization of the P&C teams deliverables at each phase of the transformation. Additionally, it will bring the lens of compliance and policy to process re-engineering business requirements and UAT stages in particular.

- Deliver Strategic Projects – Manage cross-functional initiatives that advance our People & Culture priorities, from transformation programs to process optimization, ensuring measurable results and sustainable change.
Working in close partnership with the Chief People & Culture Officer, you will gain direct exposure to executive decision-making, shape initiatives that impact the entire organization, and develop professionally through mentorship and collaboration with senior leaders. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine policy, compliance program management, technology project management, and development of Board and C-Suite Talent Strategy content in a single, influential position.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Global P&C Compliance & Policy Governance (50%)
- Administer and manage the ethics and compliance platform (Convercent), ensuring timely case management workflows, and consistent global usage. Support transition to new platform with an eye towards improved reporting and insights while balancing appropriate connections to prior platforms trend data.
- Monitor compliance reporting trends and coordinate quarterly/annual reporting for leadership.
- Maintain and regularly update the global People & Culture policy library, ensuring version control, legal alignment, and accessibility across the organization.
- Liaise with external legal counsel and internal stakeholders to ensure policies and tools remain compliant with applicable regulations and best practices.
Support P&C Technology Transformation (20%)
- Serve as the project coordinator of P&C team deliverables and timelines for the P&C technology roadmap initiative.
- Act as a conduit between the People & Culture team and technology teams
- Track milestones, identify risks, and help drive project documentation, testing, and adoption activities.
P&C Strategic Projects and Executive Support (30%)
- Provide hands-on support to the CP&C Officer and broader P&C leadership team on high-impact deliverables, including executive presentations and key initiative planning and execution.
- Prepare briefing materials, slide decks, and reports to support leadership meetings, board updates, and cross-functional initiatives.
- Assist with coordination and follow-ups related to global P&C projects, ensuring alignment and timely delivery.
What You Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related field.
- 5–8 years of professional experience in a corporate, strategy, HR, governance, or compliance-related role.
- Compliance program administration experience.
- Policy development & governance experience.
- Data analysis & reporting.
- Demonstrated project management skills. Able to conceive and implement projects from start to finish, manage processes and expectations, and build commitment to key deadlines.
