Axxela Mechanical is a leading platform for commercial HVAC services companies in Ontario. We are seeking a Service Manager / Vice President to join our team.

Service Manager/ VP - Commercial HVAC.

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Manager to lead our team of HVAC technicians in delivering high-quality service to commercial clients.

The ideal candidate is a former HVAC technician with at least 15 years of hands-on experience in the commercial HVAC space, who has transitioned to service management or is looking to make that transition.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead, schedule, and support a team of unionized HVAC technicians.
• Ensure timely completion of service calls with a focus on quality and safety.
• Act as the primary liaison between management, clients, and the union workforce.
• Oversee daily operations, including dispatching, reporting, and compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and resolve escalated service issues.
• Monitor KPIs and drive improvements in efficiency and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• 15+ years of experience as a commercial HVAC technician (hands-on).
• Experience in a leadership or management role within the HVAC industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Previous experience working with unionized teams is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems and service practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
