About the role
We’re looking for an experienced event coordinator for this contract role organizing a new portfolio of B2B events, including industry trade shows, festivals, conferences and awards programs.

This role will involve working on a hybrid basis from our vibrant downtown office - 2 days a week in office/3 days from home. At busy times/around events there may need to be more time spent in office/on location at events.
The role involves:

Coordinating the logistics for face-to-face conferences, business festivals, trade shows and awards nights

Liaising with key stakeholders - speakers, sponsors, finalists and management

Running events in the US and Canada

Working within a small team of dedicated and hardworking staff around the world
Enough about us.. let’s talk about you! The successful candidate will:
- have 2+ years of event logistics experience
- live in Toronto, and enjoy the flexibility of hybrid work
- have the ability to travel around Canada and to the USA
- be able to coordinate corporate events and work to tight deadlines
- have great organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent planning, technology and project coordination aptitude
- have enthusiasm, professionalism and stakeholder management
