About the role
Job Description
The Lead Product Manager designs new products or changes to existing products. Applies extensive, in-depth knowledge, skills, and practices to perform complex assignments. They will manage and drive product development and develop requirements to ensure automation of compliance evidence, reducing friction, integrating with IT Risk Framework and streamlining approval workflows.
What will you do?

Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of the application portfolio and certification tooling and providing regular reports to stakeholders
-
Continuously assess and improve APM (Application Portfolio Management) and Certification tooling as well as related platform and service offerings, processes, operations, and methodologies to ensure they remain effective and efficient

Help establish an architecture governance framework by defining organizational structure, roles, processes, and standards to ensure coherence and compliance

Ensure data quality by leveraging in-tool surveys and integrations to create and maintain a robust EA inventory
-
Provide leaders with clear, data-driven insights into the IT landscape to make quick and effective decisions, even under pressure

Participate in the solution design sessions with Product Owners, Project Managers and Tech Leads

Work closely with customers and key stakeholders to derive insights to inform EA product strategy and planning
-
Increase value delivered to the bank's lines of businesses by translating business needs into functional requirements
What do you need to succeed?
Must have:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer science, Engineering or Business with 7+ years of technical leadership/product management experience
- 5+ years of recent financial services or fintech experience
- Excellent understanding of Architectural concepts
- Strong bias to action and delivery, strong problem solving and analytical skills. Strong collaboration skills with design, data, and engineering team.
- Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication skills along with strong presentation
Nice-to-have:
- 3+ years of experience working in IT Governance, Risk or Compliance functions
