Role Summary
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) of Nucleus will serve as the company’s primary growth leader, responsible for driving sustained revenue expansion, EBITDA growth, and operational scalability. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CRO plays a critical role in executing the company’s growth strategy, optimizing performance across business units, and ensuring financial and operational excellence. The CRO leads the organization’s growth initiatives to achieve ambitious financial and operational goals while strengthening Nucleus’ position as a market leader in IT services and solutions. The CRO contributes to a high-performing culture that delivers exceptional value to internal and external stakeholders. This is a hybrid role based in our Vancouver, BC headquarters.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of strategies to deliver sustained revenue growth and EBITDA improvement.

Growth-minded: An obsession with new logo acquisition and Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) addition, owning revenue growth across all business units. Outside sales, inside sales, and strategic partnerships will be a focus and priority.

Partner with the CEO and executive team to establish and implement the company’s long-term strategic growth plan and financial objectives.

Drive operational efficiency and margin expansion through disciplined execution, process optimization, and data-driven decision making.

Oversee Nucleus’ Growth team (Sales and Marketing), ensuring coordinated execution across sales, partnerships, and new business initiatives while providing training, coaching and mentorship.

Leverage your own sales ability to hunt and close deals.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), financial metrics, and value drivers to ensure the company meets or exceeds annual targets.

Represent Nucleus externally with clients, partners, and industry leaders to enhance brand reputation and market presence.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; MBA preferred.

10+ years of progressive leadership experience in IT, technology, or managed services.

Proven track record of driving revenue growth, expanding EBITDA margins, and scaling organizations.

Strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and ability to execute complex growth plans.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.

Outgoing, positive with a glass half-full mentality.

Collaborative management style that can achieve commitment and teamwork from a variety of stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a national context.
