Job Overview:
This is an exciting 16-month co-op student opportunity to provide support to Kingston Midstream’s Integrated Operations Center, they are responsible to support the successful startup of the Mitsue Truck Terminal by assisting with Kingston’s Maintenance Management System’s (Azzier) data entry and asset management. Create and manage preventive maintenance (PM) schedules, job plans, standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment routes, and asset data.
Position Responsibilities
- Enter and validate equipment data in Azzier for new terminal assets to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Develop and maintain preventive maintenance job plans, SOPs, and routes in Azzier to optimize asset reliability
- Collaborate with Operations and Maintenance teams to maintain complete and accurate asset information.
- Organize and digitize existing asset data for seamless integration into Azzier
- Manage and update Azzier records for existing assets across the organization
- Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or gaps to improve asset record integrity
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements to enhance asset management efficiency
Skills and Qualifications:
- Enrollment in an Engineering program at a qualified education institution
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong office skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Power BI is an asset
- Ability to work and communicate with internal and external stakeholders on a frequent basis, including both office and field staff
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence
Kingston Midstream is committed to providing a flexible work practice to allow office employees to work both from the office and from a remote location. This position may work remotely Mondays and Fridays and in Kingston Midstream’s office Tuesday to Thursday.
