Leads the development, delivery and maintenance of the employee experience analytics strategy across platforms. This role is responsible for gathering and synthesizing system performance data and employee feedback, designing and developing meaningful KPIs, and translating insights into executive-ready dashboards and narratives, and appropriate visualization and analytics tools to use. The incumbent applies deep analytical expertise and a strategic lens to shape the story of employee experience, enabling data-driven decision-making. This role also acts as a connector across teams, proactively sourcing data from internal partners and ensuring consistency in measurement standards and reporting. The incumbent has deep analytical expertise and extensive experience running data queries and building dashboard using business intelligence tools. Works with other data and analytics professionals to optimize, refine, automate and scale analysis into repeatable analytics solutions and decision support tools.
- Designs and maintains a comprehensive measurement framework for employee experience across platforms.
- Develops KPIs that reflect the employee experience, adoption & engagement rates, platform stability & performance, as well as sales adoption.
- Collects and integrates data from multiple sources, including platform source data, survey results, feedback channels, and operational metrics.
- Builds and maintains dashboards that visualize platform health and experience trends for executive audiences using business intelligence tools such as PowerBI and Qualtrics
- Provides value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques. Selects, configures and implements analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.
- Produces employee experience performance reports on an agreed upon cadence and as required
- Ensures consistency, accuracy, and governance in how platform analytics are captured, interpreted, and reported.
- Builds various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualisation techniques.
- Researches and applies continuous improvement in data visualization by identifying trends and patterns to transform raw data into actionable business insights.
- Synthesizes complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform leadership decisions. Develops data visualizations of "large" amounts of data that facilitate the intuitive presentation of data to decision makers.
- Frames insights within the broader employee experience strategy, highlighting impact and alignment with business priorities
- Prepares a monthly executive dashboard report managing the DXi OKR
- Partners with senior stakeholders to refine messaging and ensure relevance to strategic objectives. Works with different teams, management and stakeholders to enhance the usability and aesthetic appeal of data analytics solutions deployed in the organization.
- Builds strong relationships with Analytics/data owners, platform owners, business units, and vendors to access and align on appropriate data sources,
- Demonstrates resourcefulness in identifying and securing data from partners and systems.
- Collaborates with journey owners and experience leads to embed analytics into design and improvement opportunities to enhance employee experience
- Acts as a trusted advisor on employee experience performance measurement and data strategy
- Fosters a culture aligned to BMO purpose, values and strategy and role models BMO values and behaviours in all that they do.
- Ensures alignment between values and behaviour that fosters diversity and inclusion.

- Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent platforms.
- High level of initiative, resourcefulness, and problem-solving ability.
- Experience working with large datasets and integrating data from multiple systems.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and employee-centric thinking.
- Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
Salary:
$69,000.00 - $129,000.00

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.
Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
BMO Financial Group’s total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
