You can find more info at SOVRA.com. About The Job What will your primary responsibilities look like?

  • Working closely with the client’s key stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand, analyze and assess their requirements and inputs, facilitate discussions and suggest the best practice solution framework to address their needs;
  • Preparing estimates and critical paths to meet objectives and deadlines, budget and quality deliverables;
  • Documenting client requirements for client sign off;
  • Identifying and managing all project dependencies, risk mitigation and contingency planning;
  • Liaising with development, quality assurance (QA) and support to ensure clarity on client requirements and timeliness of delivery;
  • Communicating with clients throughout the project lifecycle to properly manage the client relationship and deliverable expectations;
  • Reviewing the client solution for completeness, usability and conformance to requirements prior to User Acceptance Testing (UAT);
  • Training clients.

What elements of your professional background will be necessary and valuable in this role?

  • University degree in software development or project management;
  • Minimum 3 years as Business Analysis in a software environment;
  • Procurement and Contracts experience;
  • Experience within software as a service (SaaS) company;
  • Client Onboarding experience;
  • Familiarity with software applications and work experience within a software development environment.
  • Required: Authorized to work in Canada or the US – unfortunately we are not able to sponsor work visas or transfers at this time.
  • Required: Must be physically located in one of the following Canada’s provinces or USA states: Quebec, Ontario, AL, AZ, AR, CA, CO, DE, FL, GA, KS, MD, MA, MI, MT, NV, NJ, NY, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, UT.

What are the assets that would make you stand out?

  • Strong listening, facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Excellent customer service and communications skills;
  • Strong analytical capability;
  • Research and documentation experience;
  • Confidence and ability to work independently and under tight deadlines;
  • Extensive experience with the Microsoft Office suite; particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
