Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant, located in Mississauga, ON. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing general administrative support, handling phone calls with proper etiquette, assisting with executive administrative tasks, and performing various clerical duties. The role involves maintaining communication channels and ensuring efficient office operations.
Qualifications
Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Communication Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in an office administrative role is a plus QuickBooks, Microsoft Suite, Canva, knowledge an asset High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Administrator or Executive Assistant are a plus
