Team Group is looking for an experienced Commercial Water Blaster to join our dynamic field services team across Ontario. This is a field-based role that involves travel to various job sites (industrial, commercial, and municipal). You'll be responsible for high-pressure water blasting, cleaning, and surface preparation tasks as part of a safety-driven, high-performing crew.

Schedule

  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some on-call, overtime, evenings, and weekends is a requirement

Pay Rate

$22/hr.

Responsibilities

  • Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment for industrial cleaning, paint removal, and surface prep
  • Perform scheduled and emergency field service work at client sites across Ontario
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and client standards
  • Follow proper procedures for setup, operation, and shutdown of equipment
  • Travel to various sites (company vehicle or travel allowance provided)
  • Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
  • Complete documentation, reports, and safety checklists as required
  • Operate 1,500psi to 40,000psi high pressure water blasting units

Qualifications

  • Valid G Class Driver’s License (DZ/AZ is a strong asset)
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and wear PPE
  • Previous experience with water blasting, industrial cleaning, or pressure washing is preferred but not required – training is provided
  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Safety certifications (e.g., Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights) are an asset
