Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems. Inspect and test mechanical units to locate faults and malfunctions. Inspect motor in operation. Review work orders . Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems. Repair or replace mechanical units or components. Perform scheduled maintenance service. Test and adjust units to specifications. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Hand-eye co-ordination. Attention to detail. Manual dexterity. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Accurate. Dependability. Flexibility. Judgement. Reliability. Team player. Punctuality. Employment terms options: Evening. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Employment terms options: Morning. Day. Weekend.
