Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French)
Location: Burlington, ON L7L 6A8 (Fully In-Office)
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000/year (may flex higher)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/French) to join our Burlington office. This role requires a dynamic individual who can provide exceptional customer support, manage accounts, and offer tailored product solutions. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through everything from order creation to technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer needs via phone and email, ensuring timely and accurate responses
Create and modify customer orders, accounts, and pickups
Educate customers on new products and innovations within the industry
Enter complaints, returns, and requests into internal systems
Prepare and review technical documents (specifications, compliance forms, installation guides)
Recommend product solutions based on customer requirements and industry knowledge
Use CRM and ERP systems (SAP/Salesforce) to track issues, manage orders, and monitor customer history
Act as the first line of technical support, troubleshooting product issues and answering customer inquiries
Collaborate with internal departments (sales, marketing, purchasing, accounting) to ensure customer satisfaction
Contribute to a team-focused culture, working toward shared goals and objectives
Qualifications:
1–3 Years Of Customer Service Experience (preferred Range) Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
Experience with SAP and Salesforce considered a strong asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
Post-secondary education in business, administration, or related field (preferred)
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset
