We’re looking for a Clinic Concierge to join our team at Laser Clinics, Rideau Centre . As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be the face of the clinic delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring every client feels valued, cared for.

How You’ll Make an Impact :
-Welcome with Confidence: Be the friendly, professional first point of contact, ensuring every client feels valued from the moment they walk through the door. -Maintain Standards: Uphold a clean, organised, and inviting clinic environment at all times. -Promote Sales & Rebooking: Achieve KPIs for product sales and client rebooking while recommending suitable treatments and skincare. -Contribute to Clinic Success: Support the smooth operation of the clinic, engaging with clients in person, over the phone, and via email. -Uphold Our Values: Foster a workplace culture built on Passion, Care, and Determination, helping your team thrive.
What You’ll Bring to the Team
- Experience in customer service or retail, ideally in a beauty, health, or wellness environment.
- Experience in POS systems, CMS systems is preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others feel confident.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
