Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Specialist role based in Oakville, ON. The Sales and Marketing Specialist develops and executes sales and marketing initiatives to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and brand visibility for Vrancor Group properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing client relationships, preparing proposals, coordinating property tours, and following up on leads to close business. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns, maintaining accurate sales records and reports, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with operations teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. The specialist participates in training and promotional activities, represents the brand at local events, and supports continuous improvement in sales processes and customer service standards. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, respond to inquiries, and build lasting relationships. Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to generate leads, manage pipelines, and achieve revenue targets. Candidates should possess Training experience to support onboarding, coach team members on sales techniques, and share best practices. Candidates should have knowledge of marketing principles, basic digital marketing tools, and CRM software. Relevant post-secondary education in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field is an asset. Prior experience in hospitality, property management, or service-focused industries is preferred. Ability to work on-site in Oakville, ON, manage multiple priorities, and use data to inform sales and marketing decisions.
