Role Description The Administrative Coordinator is a part-time to start but could lead to full-time, on-site role located in the Greater Calgary. This role is responsible for providing day-to-day administrative support, including maintaining records, preparing documents, and managing office communications. The Administrative Coordinator assists with customer inquiries, supports basic finance-related tasks such as tracking Customer Travel Orders, and helps ensure smooth office operations. This position collaborates with team members and management to coordinate activities, support local marketing or event initiatives, and uphold company policies and standards. Competitive salary. Qualifications Candidates must have a strong knowledge of computers systems such as Excel, Word and Power Point. Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers, team members, and external partners. Candidates should possess solid Administrative Assistance and Organization skills to manage schedules, documentation, and office workflows efficiently. Relevant skills such as proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), attention to detail, and time management are required. Post-secondary education or equivalent experience in business administration in the travel industry, or a related field is an asset. Experience in travel, hospitality, or retail environments is an advantage, along with the ability to work on-site.
