Summary We are looking for a skilled Custom Residential Sheet Metal Worker to join our dynamic team in Canada. This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality and precision of residential mechanical systems, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Lead crews in residential HVAC duct installations
• Demonstrate punctuality, responsibility, and a positive attitude
• Exhibit strong organizational skills and manage time effectively
• Install sheet metal (308 R preferred) with precision
• Work independently while being a supportive team player
• Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, and equipment specifications
• Maintain all required licenses and documentation
• Perform fieldwork as needed

Qualifications

• Proficient with hand and power tools for sheet metal work
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Current safety certifications: WHMIS, Working at Heights Fall Protection, Scissor Lift, and 4 Step Awareness
