Riverdale is hiring a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to keep our trucks, trailers, and equipment safe, compliant, and ready to roll. If you’re organized, tech-savvy, and great at turning repair requests into clean schedules and accurate work orders, read on.

Schedule
- Full-time, Monday–Friday day shift (London yard)
What You’ll Do
- Source and order parts; manage POs, inventory, and warranties
- Communicate daily with shop, dispatch, and vendors on ETAs and priorities.
- Prepare and send a daily handoff to operating teams summarizing repairs/maintenance completed, units in progress, and projected completion dates for open jobs
- Triage and log repair requests; track status through completion
- Keep documentation current (work orders, inspections, insurance, registrations)
- Build and maintain PM schedules; Coordinate internal and 3rd-party work
- Coordinate third‑party service providers for repairs, tires, inspections, and mobile calls; track progress.
What You Need
- Strong organization, follow-through, and communication
- Comfort with fleet/maintenance or inventory systems and spreadsheets
- Experience coordinating schedules/workflows with multiple stakeholders
- Tech-comfortable (Gmail/Drive/Docs/Sheets); quick to learn new tools
- Fleet/parts/logistics experience; basic mechanical knowledge (asset but not required)
