Reporting to Production & Purchasing Manager, the Production Assistant supports day-to-day production activities including staging, setup, and testing in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties Include (but Are Not Limited To)

• Assist with production staging, setup, and coordination.
• Support testing and quality checks of products, equipment, or components.
• Prepare and organize materials, tools, and workstations for production.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
• Track and report any issues or irregularities during testing or staging.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Perform general support duties as assigned by the Production & Purchasing Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in production, assembly, or related roles is an asset.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on environment (no heavy lifting required).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Basic technical or mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
