Brigil is currently seeking Residential Community Managers to join its Apogée community.
Reporting to the Regional Director, the Community Manager will be responsible for the full management of a residential property, ensuring an exceptional living experience while creating a pleasant and welcoming environment for residents. As the face of Brigil, the Community Manager plays a key role in strengthening the residential community, promoting well-being, and maintaining a warm and inviting atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding quickly and effectively to residents’ needs to maximize their satisfaction and well-being
- Create a harmonious, high-end living environment by maintaining Apogée standards and ensuring a consistent and memorable residential experience
- Monitor and optimize building conditions through regular and preventive inspections
- Supervise the maintenance team, coordinate operations, and ensure buildings operate efficiently while meeting Brigil standards
- Ensure compliance with building rules and company policies to maintain a safe and orderly environment
- Oversee the quality of external services, ensuring suppliers and contractors meet Apogée standards and resident expectations
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance efficiency, resident satisfaction, and overall living quality
- Manage leasing activities and move-ins/move-outs, ensuring optimal occupancy and a seamless resident experience
- Foster community engagement by organizing events that strengthen a sense of belonging
- Monitor accounts receivable and budgets, preventing payment delays and ensuring strong financial control
- Respond to emergencies (24/7) to ensure resident safety and timely resolution of critical situations

Profil
Qualifications & Required Skills
- Relevant experience in property management, residential or hospitality sectors
- Comfortable using basic computer tools, including Outlook, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
- Good understanding of leasing processes and basic financial management (an asset)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Flexible availability, including weekends and on-call evenings for emergencies
Key Competencies
- Bilingual (French & English) with strong communication skills
- Ability to deliver a high-end customer experience
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities
- Autonomy, initiative, and sound professional judgment
