The Administrator, Conduct and Discipline will provide administrative services and support to the others in the Conduct and Discipline area. This position requires a high level of organizational skills, exceptional focus on attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in an environment with competing priorities. This role reports to the Manager, Conduct and Discipline.

CPA Alberta has offices in Edmonton and Calgary and provides hybrid Telecommuting opportunities (working from home a maximum of 3 days a week).

What You Bring

  • Prior experience in a position that required similar skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with a high level of proficiency in utilizing Microsoft Teams
  • Exceptional attention to detail in all areas of work.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

What You Will Be Doing Providing a variety of administrative services in support of the complaint review process and tribunals processes, including:

  • Maintenance of electronic discipline and hearing files in the database
  • Preparation of letters and other correspondence
  • Preparation of disclosures, exhibits and records of proceedings for discipline hearings
  • Other administrative duties assigned in support of the team.

Working Specifications
